2. Placement of orders

the buyer accepts our terms and conditions of sale with the placement of an order. We shall not be liable for all transmission or communication errors howsoever caused.

3. Delivery

Subject to availability all merchandise will be delivered in discreet packaging by Mail as soon as possible. The buyer will be informed in case of a delayed delivery. We shall not be liable for late delivery unless the date of delivery is confirmed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment may be effected in advance through any one of the following methods: Paypal or remittance to our bank account. Cheques or postal orders cannot be accepted.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have leather slings. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. We give you a 30 day warranty on all items, except the item has being damaged on purpose, like opened knots or cut of slings.

7. Exemption from liability

We will not accept liability for availability of merchandise or misprint. All offers are subject to technical modifications.

8. notification of defects

Buyer’s claims or complaints will have to be raised immediately, latest 14 days after receipt of goods at destination. Approved claims reserve our choice to withdraw from the contract of sale, to replace goods free of charge, or to reduce the price.

9. Place of fulfilment

Place of jurisdiction and fulfilment is Mettmann/Germany, German law applicable.
